Gudo is vinified with destemmed and pressed grapes, with a long maceration process in inox tanks.
The colour is ruby red with purple reflexes. The perfume is intense, persistent, fine with slightly spicy notes. The taste is dry, full of character, persistent and winy. It is hallmarked for its round character and for its smoothness.
Great with traditional local goat meat baked in the oven.
