Diamante Rosso Ticino Doc is born from a special selection of our best Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Syrah grapes that are refined in new French oak barrels for 18 months. The grapes are partially raisined before vinification.

The colour is intense ruby red with purple reflexes. The perfume is intense, complex, with notes of black cherries and of prunes, vanilla, tobacco and notes of coffee roasting complete the refined aroma bouquet. The taste is rich, full, with bold but elegant tannins; spicy, voluminous, with fresh and minty aromatic notes, persistent and harmonious.

Great to accompany refined meat, fillet, char grilled ribs, game and seasoned cheese. A meditation wine.
