The classic Valais sweet wine is only harvested in December with a sugar content of the grape between 140 and 160 degrees of Oechsle. For this wine we do without the 2nd fermentation (biological acid reduction).
Colour: amber yellow.
Aroma: fine coconut aroma with beautiful honey notes.
Taste: Despite its high residual sugar content, it still has a pleasant acidity, which gives a very interesting sweet-acid game and makes it very pleasant to drink. Fine caramel notes and subtle roasted aromas complete the taste experience.
