The Ticino Grappa La Bionda is produced with fresh mark from white and red grapes, with a discontinuous distillation in our very modern new distillery in copper ‘alambics’ and in inox tanks, with a precise cut of the head and tail.
The Grappa is refined in barrels made from different types of timber: ash wood, cherry and oak for at least 6 years.
Smooth and enveloping with aromas of dried fruit, of vanilla and of blond tobacco.
To be served at a temperature of 15 °Cin a Delea Grappa glass shaped like a tulip. A special gift box is available.
