La Bianca Grappa from Ticino

The Ticino Grappa La Bianca is produced with fresh mark from white grapes, namely Chardonnay and Sauvignon, with discontinuous distillation in our very modern new distillery in copper ‘alambics’ and in inox tanks, with a precise cut of the head and tail.
The Grappa is refined in ash wood barrels.
Smooth and elegant with a scent of acacia flowers, of liquorice and of wild berries. To be served at a temperature of 15 °C in a Delea Grappa glass shaped as a tulip. A special gift box is available for this bottle.
