Very finely structured wine. Noble in taste and good in structure. One of the few genuine autochthonous Valais wines.

Expansion: steel tank expansion Alcohol content: 14 % vol. Drinking temperature: 16 - 18 °C Food: The Humagne blanc can be enjoyed as an aperitif. It also goes very well with fish, white meat or Asian dishes.
