Vinification: Traditional fermentation without biological acid degradation, in accordance with AOC regulations and the quality requirements of the Albert Mathier & Söhne wine family.

Alcohol content: 14 % vol.
Drinking temperature: 16 - 18 °C
Food: The Humagne blanc can be enjoyed as an aperitif. It also goes very well with fish, white meat or Asian dishes.
