Produced from marc of: American Grape
The Grappa Vallemaggia is a distillate of marc from American grapes, prepared by a careful process of separation of the marc during distillation. This produces a product with a spicy aroma and low alcohol content, leaving a sweet taste on the palate.
It is distilled at the Delea winery in a steam still.
Crystal clear in appearance, its aroma is smooth, soft and typical and its flavour is smooth, appropriately alcoholic, with a slight honey persistence on the finish.
