The Diamante Bianco Ticino DOC is the result of a careful selection of the best white grapes from the canton of Ticino. Fermentation in French oak barriques for 10 months and in stainless steel for 12 months with regular "Bâtonnage" throughout the period.
Pairings: It goes well with raw fish starters, pasta dishes with vegetables, fish and white meat main courses.
Straw yellow colour with greenish highlights.
Intense aroma of citrus fruits, yellow flowers, vanilla and herbs.
Ample and warm enveloping flavour. The aromas expressed on the nose are recaptured. Intense freshness. A great gastronomic white.
