Produced from the marc of: Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Sémillon.
The Grappa Ticinese is obtained from pomace whose grapes come from Mendrisiotto, from the vineyard of Rancate, called Castello di Cantone. Its distillation takes place at Delea winery in a steam operated alembic still.
It is a grappa with a pleasing aromatic flavor, long lasting on the palate, with hints of fruit and flowers.
With a pale straw yellow aspect, its aroma is pleasantly aromatic, with hints of fruit, flowers and licorice and its taste is smooth, pleasant and harmonious.
