Cuore di Noce is a liqueur obtained by long maceration in walnut hull brandy, spices and aromas, wisely dosed. Distillation takes place at the Delea winery in a steam-operated alembic stills. It is aged for one year in barriques.
Its appearance is amber and clear. Its aroma is intense with a clear hint of walnuts, very fine, spicy and its taste is soft, warm, pleasantly aromatic, spicy, with an excellent correspondence of smell and taste.
It is an excellent digestive liqueur.
