Ismaro Merlot Ticino Doc is produced by pressing and complete destemming and fermentation at a controlled temperature. It is a light Merlot ready to drink.

Intense ruby red colour with violet reflections, intense and fruity perfume, its taste is pleasant and persistent.

Excellent with porcini mushroom risotto and baked rabbit.
