Traditional fermentation on the skins. Goes with : Goes well with turkey with chestnuts, partridge or roasted, spicy meat, for example lamb. Cheese, especially soft cheese, also goes perfectly with our Syrah.

aromas of black pepper and dark berries spread on the nose.
full-bodied and with well-integrated tannins, the taste is reminiscent of dark berries and spices. The wine leaves a spicy and long-lasting impression. The peppery part has a pleasant freshness reminiscent of mint.
