Balsamic Vinegar of Ticino... since 1996 a great job and an intense rest. The winters are cold and the summers hot in the attics of the Delea vinegar cellar. They wait there for many years, in the most suitable microclimate to become the best, balsamic vinegars of American Ticino grapes.
This Balsamic Vinegar is produced from cooked must of American grapes and then aged in batteries of small barrels of different types of fine wood.
Aging gives the product, in addition to its consistency, an unparalleled intensity of aromas.
