Ticino Balsamic Vinegar... since 1996, hard work and intense rest. The winters are harsh and the summers torrid in the attics of the Delea vinegar works. They wait there for many years, in the most suitable microclimate to become the best, balsamic vinegars from the American grape of Ticino.
This balsamic vinegar is produced from the cooked must of American grapes and then aged in small barrels made of different types of precious wood.
The ageing gives the product an unparalleled intensity of aromas in addition to consistency.
It has a riper and more intense flavour of cooked plums, which goes better with vegetables and 'lean' dishes, but also with important, tasty and spicy cheeses. It is also recommended for use on desserts and fruit (especially strawberries, peaches and tropical fruits).
