Noir Spumante Brut is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, with a long fermentation in autoclaves basing on the log Charmat method at a controlled temperature with a maturation on yeasts for 30 months.
The colour is golden with green reflexes and the wine presents a very fine and persistent ‘perlage’ (bubbles). The perfume is fresh with a hint of citrus fruits, with some yeast and with the smell of the crust of fresh bread. The taste is fresh, decisive, fine, sapid and elegant with a good aromatic persistence. Ageing: 3/5 years.
Great sparkling wine for an aperitive or to accompany a whole meal with dishes of white meat, lake fish, sea food, summer pasta dishes, risottos and fresh cheeses.
