San Carlo is vinified with Merlot grapes from the area of Locarno, refined in oak barrels for 12 months.
The colour is ruby red with purple reflexes; the perfume is intense, complex, fine and elegant. The taste is typical, full, with a good aromatic persistence and complexity.
Great to accompany ’Entrecote café de Paris’, ‘Battuta di Fassona’ (Piedmont beef) or with veal chops with ‘porcini’ mushrooms.
