Grapes: Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon
Carato Bianco Ticino DOC is produced with an accurate selection of the grapes from our vineyards, with a soft pressing, and fermentation in 225 and 300 l. French oak barrels. The maturation takes 10 months with wine lees ‘batonnage’ during the whole period.
Straw yellow colour with slight green reflexes; intense, aromatic and complex perfume with scents of well amalgamated timber. The taste is very persistent and rich.
A great wine served with rainbow trout carpaccio and with sturgeon with fresh tomato ‘bavarese’, with pumpkin and gorgonzola risotto or with sea bass with saffron sauce.

Intense, aromatic, complex with well amalgamated wood scents.
Very persistent and perfumed. Great to age. Exotic fruit aromas, bergamot, vanilla and coconut.
