Fine and gently distilled, generous separation of pre- and post-runnings. Storage in 450 liter acacia barriques.

Remarks:

• Variety : set wine yeast

• Serving Temperature : 15-18°C

This brandy has made a passage in the barrique. Somewhat more intense in taste than the Marc de Dôle.
