In the 90s of the last century we thought about the future of our vineyard in the Pfynwald. We decided on a natural solution and from then on managed it according to the strict BioSuisse regulations. Around the same time, the Pfyn-Finges Nature Park was created around it. Together with the park administration, we drafted guidelines on how something could be done not only biologically, but also for the diverse bird life in this unique region. The hoopoe became our lead bird.
