MòMò is made from de-stemmed and crushed Merlot grapes, with long maceration and aging in oak barrels for 12 months.

Ruby red in colour with violet reflections, its bouquet is intense, persistent, fine with slightly spicy notes. Its taste is dry, full of character, persistent, fine, winy.

Excellent to pair with grilled Simmenthal chops and seasonal vegetables.
