Grapes: Pinot gris (Malvoisie) AOC Valais
The classic Valais sweet wine is only harvested in December with a sugar content of the grape between 140 and 160 degrees of Oechsle. For this wine we do without the 2nd fermentation (biological acid reduction).

Despite its high residual sugar content, the Malvoise Flétrie has a pleasant acidity. Fine caramel notes and subtle roasted aromas complete the taste experience.
