Grapes: Pinot noir clone
The Jäger-Wii ferments directly in specially selected barriques. Together with the barrel studio, we found a combination of acacia wood (lid) and oak wood (barrel staves), which were gently roasted. The Jäger-Wii also matures in these barriques for 12 months. It comes into contact with metal for the first time during the filling process. According to the name, the Jäger-Wii is especially suitable for game. But also with meat fondue with different sauces, a juicy beef burger or cold-cut roast beef with french fries and tartar sauce. Its perfectly integrated acidity and the good finish leave a wide range of possible combinations open.
